C. Brand ownership, licenses and restrictions. If you choose to use and pay for certain features of the Software or in connection with certain Services, Web.com may grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, free (non-sublicensing) license for the use and use of those trademarks, which Web.com provide you expressly to use under this Agreement (the “Web.com trademarks”). Trademarks Web.com are exclusively intended to be used in the posting on their websites, defined by Web.com at its sole discretion, and only in accordance with a Web.com trademark utilization directive, which is included in this directive and which may change the Web.com from time to time without notice. Web.com does not grant you any rights to trademarks Web.com that are not expressly granted in this section. They recognize and accept exclusive ownership of Web.com on Web.com trademarks. You are constricting yourself not to take action that is incompatible with this property and you agree not to register trademarks or trade names resembling Web.com trademarks or in a way that creates brands combined with Web.com trademarks. At the request of Web.com and at your discretion, you must immediately cease all use and display of Web.com trademarks. They acknowledge and accept that, except with respect to the limited trademark licence expressly granted in this section, no Web.com licence may be granted for other trademarks, service marks or trade names held by Web.com, its subsidiaries or related companies. You are solely responsible for creating, managing, editing, verifying, deleting and other control of the content of your website, whether Web.com provides you with design or customization services as part of this agreement, including all product and service descriptions you offer to customers of your website and user-generated content on your site. If they act as a channel, Web.com gives you discretion over your content, provided it is compatible and interoperable with all services or Web.com software provided under this Agreement. They retain all rights, titles and interests on and on all intellectual property rights contained in the content, without any content provided by Web.com.
20. Consequences of dismissal. Without prejudice to the rights or obligations acquired by the contracting parties, all contracts (or parts of them) and related services are immediately terminated at the end of the contract.
