As per usual, I’m late to my own party. I’ve got a to do list long enough I weep with despair, and I’m also working on redoing my bedroom. But authors should probably pay attention to their own releases, so here we go.
This is my first book published with All Romance Ebooks, and they’ve been awesome to work with. I’m hoping to write another book sometime this year, and I’ve signed up for another collection that’ll come out late next year.
Arranged/Forced marriage being one of my favorite things in the world, I was super stoked to participate in this collection. I still couldn’t say quite how I landed on a necromancer or a dragon, other than both those things had been on my mind and they decided to cooperate, but I had a lot of fun.
Rochus, some may have noticed, has a few things in common with Midnight appearance-wise. He is a rough combination of concepts from both vampires and draugrs, which is where similarities come in. But instead of giving him all of a draugr’s abilities, I gave him his collection of misfit pets, the zombie cat and birds and still living unicorn who accompany him wherever he goes 🙂
The other stories in the Dubious collection sound hella awesome (and I’ve already read Julia Talbot’s, and it was great), so check out the whole line-up if so inclined.
